Day 12- almost 2 weeks in!
wow legs.back day, ridiculous. Nothing made me want to do the next set of pullups like the minute and a half wall squat. I really pushed myself today, crushing my numbers from last week. it felt great! Im glad because I have a karate day tomorrow and a stretch day sunday and am looking forward to them. Im trying to tweak my diet more, the past few days I have eaten well but not as good as I can, that needs to be my main focus now that I've got the workouts down.
