DAY8!
ok so yesterday started my 2nd week of p90x. it was chest/back and it worked me... I put up better numbers in some exercises and less in others which made me mad. It was much more extreme this week, but i felt great after! I headed to tally today and played an hour of basketball and it pushed me to the brink. I was already tired from the workout and bball took alot out of me.
