Day 13 Kenpo/Ab ripperX
So Ab ripper is getting a little too easy for me... so I added 5 reps to everything, which is an extra 55 reps and it was great, my abs are pretty sore today. I also did Kenpo Karate for the 2nd time and it went much better than the 1st. I actually was halfway coordinated and didn't fall down. I feel like I could keep kicking stuff all day long...
