Day2

Today was day 2 of p90x and I'm loving it. Today I started with ab ripper ( and totally killed it without stopping, i might add) then proceded into Plyo X. Plyo was rough. I've done this plyo workout a couple times before, so i knew what to expect. Those damn mary catherine lunges and leap frog squats killed me! Its a burn, but a good burn. Plyo X, I hate it, but I love it....
